Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Mee Oow Club order. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged, leaking, expired, or are not the product you ordered.
- Free gifts are not refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, message us on WhatsApp at +92 330 0389569 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. We will send a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
How to request a return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 330 0389569 or email meowwn@paragonecom.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm your return and share the return address.
- Send the item back. Return delivery is paid by the customer, except for damaged or wrong items.
Refunds
After we receive and check the returned item, we send the refund by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Cancelling a Cash on Delivery order
You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
